Do you have some great photos of your student from their time at ARK?
Submit them to the yearbook portal!
(It looks like a lot of steps, but once you're doing it it's pretty intuitive!)
To Upload Photos for 5th Grade Yearbook:
- Download the Entourage Link App
- Enter School code 60831
- Click Upload photos
- Select the photos you want to upload (you’ll see a red checkmark on the selected photo/s)
- Click the red Upload Selected bar at the bottom
- Choose the Category of the Photo/s you're uploading (categories listed below. You can only upload to one category at a time)
To add student/s names and info about the photo/s you uploaded:
- Once the photo/s are uploaded
- Go to the bottom of the screen and click Photo
- Find the Photo Category you just uploaded to
- Find your Photo/s
- Click on it
- Fill out the Caption with your student/s names and any fun info about the photo (it automatically saves what you write)
- Click the back arrow at the top left of your screen, if you have multiple photos to caption
- Note: We will do our best to use as many of the photos submitted as possible. There’s no guarantee that we will use all of what you send (space is limited).
