Dear Beaubien Families,

With the holiday season upon us, we want to take a moment to send our warmest wishes to all of you. This time of year offers a chance to reflect, celebrate, and spend meaningful moments with loved ones. At Beaubien Elementary, we truly appreciate the support and dedication of our families and community, which contribute so much to the success of our school.

Winter break begins on Monday December 23rd and school will resume on Monday, January 6th. We hope you enjoy this time to relax, recharge, and make wonderful memories with your family and friends.

As we look ahead to 2025, we are excited about the new opportunities and achievements to come. Together, we will continue to support our students as they grow, learn, and succeed in an inclusive and caring environment.

Friday will also be an OPTIONAL Ugly Sweater parade and contest for 7TH & 8TH GRADERS

PreK-2nd Grade Winter Celebration

Three different performances featuring Pre-K, Kindergarten, 1st and 2nd graders

School Tours are scheduled for the third Thursday of every month at 8:15am. Reservations are not needed however we ask you check in at the security desk with an ID.

The Spring Fling and Silent Auction is one of Beaubien's largest annual fundraisers. It's an adults-only night filled with community building, food and drinks, raffles and a huge online auction. Planning for the 2025 Spring Fling is already underway and the date is set for Saturday, April 26, 2025 at Zia's Social (6158 N Northwest Hwy) from 6:00-10:00 PM. We are looking for a group of dedicated parents and staff members to join this year's Spring Fling Donation Committee!

This is a great way to get to know other Beaubien families and staff members. It is a perfect option if you want to get involved but enjoy working at your own pace and around your busy schedule. You are not required to attend in person meetings, we communicate electronically and have a few virtual meetings/check-ins! If you are interested, please fill out the attached Google Form by Friday, December 20, 2024.

Spring Fling Co Chairs

Introduce a Girl to Engineering Day will be hosted on February 20, 2025. Interested students need to apply online by December 20, 2024. A lottery process will be used to identify the selected students. All applicants will be notified via email by January 10, 2025.
