Eastside Elementary

Hello Eastside Families!

Welcome to December at Eastside! Although we only have three school weeks this month, they are packed with excitement, celebrations, and opportunities for our students to shine.

Winter Concert – December 16th

We are thrilled to announce that our 1st and 5th Grade students will be performing in this year’s Winter Concert on Monday, December 16th. Our musicians, singers, and performers have been working hard, and we can’t wait for you to enjoy a festive evening.

Candy Cane Fundraiser – Supporting Veterans

Our Student Council is leading a wonderful Candy Cane Fundraiser this month! All proceeds will support Northwest Battle Buddies, an incredible organization that provides service dogs to veterans battling PTSD. Students can purchase candy canes during designated times at school. Thank you for helping us teach our students the value of giving back during this season of gratitude.

As we continue this season of gratitude and reflection, I want to thank you for your continued partnership and support. Two years ago, Eastside was under consideration for a National Blue Ribbon. Last year, we improved achievement across the board in Math, Reading, and Science. Eastside is a high performing school because our diligent scholars, dedicated staff, and supportive families all work together. We SOAR together!

Go Eagles!
