Madison Elementary School Update

5th graders attending camp tomorrow should be dropped off around 8:15 a.m. All luggage should be taken directly to the elementary café. We will need a few parent volunteers to help load luggage onto the bus.

Please make sure your child eats breakfast before arriving at school, or plan to arrive a bit early if they will be eating breakfast at school. Lunch will not be until 12:30 p.m. tomorrow.

All medications must be checked in at the medication table in the café in the morning. Medications must be in their original packaging, with your child’s name and dosage clearly labeled on the bag. Medications may be picked up on Friday, January 16, when you pick up your child.

On Friday, the luggage bus will arrive shortly before the students. If you are available, help with unloading would be appreciated. Students are expected to arrive back at school around noon. You will receive an instant alert when they depart camp, and please plan to pick up your child at school at approximately 12:00 p.m.

MLK Day

Give the gift of life at Madison’s Red Cross Blood Drive on Wednesday, January 28 from 8:15 am – 2:00 pm in the Madison PAC. If we collect 54 units at this drive, not only could we save up to 162 lives, but we also increase our Madison senior scholarship from $1,000 to $1,500.
