Hoyne Happenings
Happy Monday Pembroke Families!
It was great to see so many families at our Celebrate the Arts Night last week. A huge shout out to Mrs. Smith for all of the amazing artwork and organization of the night, as well as, Mrs. McDonald and all of the Eton Street Singers for a great performance.
This week we continue MSTEP testing. We appreciate parents' support in helping students be well rested and to school on time. This Wednesday we are celebrating two very important people, Mrs. Rumple and Mrs. Longe, for Administrative Professionals Day. I cannot thank them enough for all they do for Pembroke. They are not only the welcoming faces that greet students and families each day, but also take care of students when they are sick, answer phones, lend a listening ear, and so much more. I encourage you to pop into the office to say thank you or send a quick email of thanks.
Have a great week!

Classroom Environment Form
During spring, thoughts turn to the 2025-2026 school year and the student placement process. The student placement process is a team effort conducted with great care and consideration of the growth and development of all students. A balance of character strengths, academic ability, social-emotional growth, individual and instructional needs are taken into consideration.
Any information about your child that you, as parents, may wish to share that will help us make our decision will be taken into consideration. If you would like to share information about your child, you may use this form. Please do not request an individual teacher or include names of students other than your own. Rather, we ask you to give us additional information that will help us select the right classroom for your child. It is important to note that with or without information from parents/guardians, the staff will review each student's needs individually and select the learning environment in which we believe he/she will learn best.
If you wish to share information, please complete this form by Tuesday, April 22nd 2025. Please note that families do not need to fill this form out, it is only necessary if you have information you would like to share with the team.
