Message from the Principal
Dear Cougar Cub Families,
We made it! We have officially and successfully completed the 2025-2026 school year. Looking back at the last nine months, I am incredibly proud of everything our students and educators have accomplished. Everyone worked so hard and learned so much this year, and that dedication was visible every single day.
We wrapped up our final week by making some truly wonderful memories. From celebrating academic and personal growth at our awards ceremonies to cheering on our students during the emotional Senior clap out and 5th grade clap out, the energy in our halls was unforgettable. Thank you to everyone who came out to support our students during these milestone moments.
As a community, the end of the year always brings both excitement for the future and a few bittersweet goodbyes:
To our families PCSing: Thank you for being such a vital part of our school family during your time here. You will be deeply missed, and we wish you the absolute best at your next duty station.
To our returning families: Thank you for your continued partnership. We are already planning for next year and look forward to seeing you refreshed and ready to learn in the fall!
Thank you again to our incredible staff, dedicated parents, and supportive community for making this year a success. Have a wonderful, relaxing, and safe summer!
Warm regards,
Julissa Fisher
Principal

News from FSHE
Dear PTO Board Members,
As we close out the 2025-2026 school year, I want to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude for your incredible dedication, energy, and support. This year has been an unqualified success, and so much of that is directly due to your hard work.
You gave your time so willingly this year, working in seamless collaboration with the FSHE staff to create an environment where everyone could thrive. Because of your efforts behind the scenes, our teachers were able to focus on what they do best—teaching—knowing they had a passionate team supporting them every step of the way.
"We definitely could not have done it without you."
Your impact was felt by every single member of our school community. Thanks to your vision and execution, our students never missed out on:
Fun Opportunities: From special assemblies to memorable school-wide activities.
Special Treats: Brightening up ordinary days and making our students feel celebrated.
Family Get-Together Events: Strengthening our community bonds and creating spaces for families to connect and make lasting memories.
The hours you spent planning, organizing, and volunteering did not go unnoticed. You brought joy to our hallways and vital support to our classrooms. On behalf of the entire FSHE staff, parents, and students—thank you for your unwavering commitment to our school.
I hope you have a wonderful, well-deserved summer break!
With deepest appreciation,
Mrs. Fisher,
FSHE Principal
