KHS Fine Art Photography! Way to go Nem and Charlie!
Nem Memula and Charlie Callaway were selected as photography exhibitors in Webster University's "Beginnings 2025: Juried High School Photography" exhibit. Nem and Charlie's photographs were chosen out of hundreds of original submissions from local high school students all across the St. Louis area. The jurors selected 83 images that celebrate the artistry of young photographers. The chosen images demonstrate thoughtful subject matter, technical control of the camera, as well as clear, creative vision. Congrats to Nem and Charlie for utilizing their creative talents to produce compelling and expressive photographs.

Xello! A new guidance resource platform.
Dear 11th grade families,
Weāre excited to share that your student is using Xello, an engaging online program that helps students build essential skills for future successāboth in school and beyond. On Monday, October 6th, all 11th graders participated in their initial career personality assessment called "Matchmaker" in Xello. Additionally, they completed the āPersonality Stylesā & āMission Completeā assessments.
Through Xello, students explore career options, learn about post-secondary pathways, and set personal and academic goals. They complete interactive lessons, interest and skills assessments, and build a personalized portfolio that grows with them throughout their school years.
This program is designed to help students better understand themselves and make informed decisions about their future education and career plans. It supports conversations around their interests, strengths, and goalsāboth in and out of the classroom.
We encourage you to ask your student(s) about what theyāre discovering in Xello. You can also explore the platform together at home.
Thank you for your continued support in helping our students dream big and plan smart!
*Parents, you should be receiving an email from Xello inviting you to create an account that will be linked to your KHS student.
