A Note from Mrs. Johnson
Happy New Year everyone!
It was so good to see our students and staff back to school!
As we roll into the new year, we have some exciting things coming up:
January 13th at 6:00 pm, we will meet to share information about becoming a PTO.
Please come and find out all the exciting ways we can work together.
Students are earning coins to have a Winter Carnival in February- every student needs to earn at least 5 coins to participate in the carnival.
Our word of the month is Creativity- we will be looking for students who are creative and share their talents with others. Those awards will be given on January 29th.
The second of the year, we began to think about state testing - MCAs and ensuring our students are prepared to do their best. Testing begins in April.
At the end of the month, some of our students will be participating in the Little Loons Theater production. The play will be performed in February.
It is time to prepare for our Talent Show. Auditions will be held on January 26th. I cannot wait to see all the incredible talent!
It is an exciting time to be a Minnehaha Agate!
