3rd Grade - Mrs. Kotzin's class

Mrs. Kotzin’s challenge reading group recently wrapped up their exciting read of The Chocolate Touch. To celebrate, students presented creative projects inspired by the book—and even enjoyed some sweet chocolate treats courtesy of McKayla! Mazie crafted a colorful book poster, Maddie designed a “Wanted” poster for the mischievous John Midas, and McKayla and Avanelle brought scenes to life with their impressive dioramas.

Harvey impressed the class with an independent study on World War II. He created both a poster and a slideshow, sharing his extensive knowledge on the topic with enthusiasm and confidence. Great job, Harvey!

Students in Mrs. Kotzin and Mrs. Wright’s classes who earned 40 or more AR points during the third quarter were rewarded with a fun-filled Dessert Club ice cream party outside. Well done, readers—you've earned it!
