Parent Teacher Conferences
Fall Conferences will be held VIRTUALLY on Tuesday, October 7th between 4pm-7:15pm and in person on Wednesday, October 8th between 4pm -7:15pm.
Conferences are an important opportunity for parents/guardians to meet with your student’s teachers, discuss student progress, and explore how we can work together to support their growth and success.
Online sign-up for conferences will begin on Monday, September 29th at 8:00am through PowerPTC, our online conference scheduling platform. Once the scheduling window opens, you will be able to select available conference times with your student’s teachers. You can choose slots that work best for your schedule. Sign-up will close at 9:00pm on Monday, October 6th.
To log into PowerPTC, you must first log into the PowerSchool Parent Portal. There is a link that will take you directly to PowerPTC. (Note: you cannot use your student’s portal. Students do not have access to PowerPTC.)
How Conferences Work
Conferences are held in-person and virtually via Google Meet. You do not need a Gmail account to join the meeting.
Each conference lasts five (5 minutes). Using PowerPTC, you can schedule one meeting with each teacher.
Students are encouraged to attend conferences with their families, but their attendance is not required.
Please note the schedule for that week:
Tuesday, October 7th– VIRTUAL conferences
Wednesday, October 8th- In Person conferences
Friday, October 19– No School for Students

Scheduling Conferences
If the schedule doesn’t meet your needs or if you can’t get an appointment, contact the teacher directly to arrange a time.
Tracking Academic Progress
Students and families can access grades, attendance, and class schedules online at any time through the Parent Portal. We encourage families to review grades before attending conferences.
