EJMS Families,

We are down to the final week before Spring Break and the start of April! I hope everyone has a good week and safe travels if you are heading out of town for Spring Break.

Online Registration Open for 2025-26 school year

ONLINE REGISTRATION (OLR) is now open for the 2025-26 school year. Please help by going online and registering for next year. You can register your entire family at one time, even if children attend different schools in the district. OLR completion is one required step to ensure your child receives their Chromebook at the beginning of next school year without delay. Thank you in advance! STEPS:

1. Click the link above.

2. Click "Existing Families"

3. Log into Infinite Campus

4. On the menu click "More"

5. Click the last option is "Online Household Registration"

6. Complete the process there. When completed it will give you a confirmation number. No need to save that unless you want to!

Spring Testing at East Middle

Tuesday, April 1 - iReady Math Diagnostic
Wednesday, April 2 - iReady Reading Diagnostic

KSA testing will take place in May for the following grade levels:

6th grade: Monday 5/5 and Tuesday 5/6
7th grade: Wednesday 5/7, Thursday 5/8, and Monday 5/12
8th grade: Wednesday 5/7, Thursday 5/8, Monday 5/12, Tuesday 5/13, and Wednesday 5/14

Reminders Regarding EJMS Expectations

Families, as the weather gets warmer, we want to remind our school family of the approved dress code. You can read the entire policy here. One specific area that we notice is the increase of shirts being cut around the neckline that reveal undergarments. A reminder that the dress code states the following:

Section 4: Students may not wear:

Any clothing that reveals visible undergarments (waistbands and straps included)

Thank you in advance for helping ensure your student is dressed appropriately within the guidelines.

Week in Review: Beetlejuice Jr.

And that's a wrap...what a great show! We hope you got a chance to see the school musical last week. The kids did a great job! Huge thanks to Ms. Bishop and Mr. G. for all of their hard work . Thanks also to all of the parents and families of our cast and crew for supporting the kids and helping with the show in so many ways.
