Important Visitor Update! Important Visitor Update!

Photo ID Required for Entry - NEW PROCEDURES THIS YEAR!

This school year we will be strictly enforcing the district policy of requiring photo ID for entry into the building during school hours. In the past we have buzzed in familiar faces, but we will no longer be able to do that. If you do not have a photo ID with you, you will not be able to enter the school building, no exceptions. We will have a sign outside the door directing you where to show your ID. We appreciate your understanding of this policy, and its purpose of providing consistency and a safe environment for our students and staff.

Leaving Early? Leaving Early?

Will you be signing your student out early? The office greatly appreciates a call ahead! This gives us a little extra time to locate students if they are out to recess, at lunch, or in specials.

Please remember that you must present photo ID to sign out your student. When you arrive, please ring the bell by the front entrance, show your ID to the camera, and our office staff will assist you!

Helpful Information Helpful Information

School Times

The school day begins at 8:00 a.m. Breakfast is served beginning at 7:40 a.m. and is free and optional for all students. School dismisses at 3:07 p.m. for kindergarten, and 3:10 p.m. for grades 1-5. Students will be dismissed from their classroom’s outside door. Wednesdays are late start days - school begins at 9:00 a.m.

Soft Start Info - At the 7:50 bell, students not participating in breakfast can enter the building through the front or back doors and go to their classrooms. After the 8:00 bell, all students must enter through the front door and stop in the office for a tardy pass.

Parent Portal

For help accessing the Parent Portal, see https://www.tsd.org/family/infinite-campus/help .

  1. Sign into Campus Parent Portal
  2. Select School Store
  3. Choose ‘Transportation’
  4. Pick your student
  5. Checkout

For questions, contact Transportation at transportationrouting@tsd.org or 970-613-5185.

After School Care

The YMCA offers child care after school. Their contact info is 720-951-7522 or berthoud@ymcanoco.org. Spots do fill up, so if you are in need of this service, please apply early.

Nutritional Services

Breakfast and lunch are free to all students through the Healthy School Meals for All program. Because the Healthy School Meals for All (HSMA) program is funded in partnership with federal nutrition programs that rely on income information to support meals for all students, all families are still highly encouraged to fill out a Meal Benefit application. Other state and federal grants are awarded based on free and reduced meal eligibility rates.

Additionally, families that qualify may receive discounted or waived fees for programs inside and outside of the school district. Applications are available to all households at school sites and online at linqconnect.com. Applications need to be completed annually (after mid-July) for the new school year. The information provided on the application is confidential and is not shared without your consent. Paper forms are available in the school office.

Student Handbook

The 2026-2027 Student Handbook is available here. If you would like a paper copy of the handbook, you may request one by calling the front office at 970-613-7500.
