πΏ Mindful Moment
You donβt have to do everything at once.
As the pace of the school year picks up, remember to give yourself permission to focus on one moment, one task, and one student at a time. Take a few deep breaths, reset when you need to, and remember that small, intentional moments can make a big difference.
This weekβs reminder: Give yourself the same patience and grace you give to your students. π
