The Lobo"Digest"August 12, 2020

We hope that all of you enjoyed your time off. We trust that you are relaxed, recharged, and ready for the 2020-21 school year!

As we return during these unprecedented times, the one sure thing that we can predict is change. We ask that everyone stay positive and flexible!

On August 10th, we welcomed the Child Nutrition Managers back with a socially distanced Back to School Meeting. After the meeting, the managers had an opportunity to take a tour of Walker Middle School's kitchen.

Daily Self Screening Form Daily Self Screening Form

Beginning August 12th, all LEISD staff and visitors are required to complete a self-screening form 30 minutes prior to the start of your scheduled time. When completing the form, please select the campus that you are assigned to.

The form and instructions were also sent to your work email. Just a reminder that you have to be logged into your work email account to complete the form.

Links to each campus’s Daily COVID-19 Screening Form can be found at
http://www.littleelmisd.net/staffscreening

*NOTE: You must be logged in to your @leisd.ws Google account in your internet browser to access this form.

We are aware that some staff members may run into some issues as they try to open their campus COVID-19 Self-Screening form on their phone. These forms must be protected and locked down so that only LEISD staff members can access them using their @leisd.ws email address. This means that the staff member has to be logged in to their @leisd.ws email account in their phone's internet browser before the form will show properly. We realize this may be an inconvenience, but it is necessary to protect our staff members' privacy.

Staff members should only have to save the link to the form and login to their @leisd.ws account one time. Below are some additional instructions to help them through the process.

To login to Google so you can use the Self-Screening Form on your Phone

Part 1: Login to your @leisd.ws Google account in your internet browser

  1. Open your phone's internet browser (usually Safari or Chrome)

  2. Go to the LEISD Login Portal at login.leisd.ws

  3. Login using your @leisd.ws email address and password

Part 2: Open the link in your phone's internet browser by scanning the QR code, typing the short URL, or clicking on the link from an email

  • If you scanned the QR code from a separate QR scanning app, open the form website in your phone's internet browser.

  • If you scanned the QR code with your phone's camera, it should open directly in your internet browser.

  • Or, you can type the short URL in your internet browser to go to the form.

  • If you click on the link from an email, make sure that you then open the page in your phone's internet browser. You may need to click on a button at the bottom of your screen to open that option.

If you have logged in correctly to the Login Portal in your internet browser, then the form should open.

Open Enrollment Ends on August 21st Open Enrollment Ends on August 21st
