New This Year- My Texas Future Requirement
My Texas Future- Direct Admissions Requirement Link
New this year- the state of Texas has implemented an additional graduation requirement called my Texas Future. This is a platform that allows students to input their high school data to see which colleges they could be accepted to before applying, giving them more direction and help along the process.
All students MUST complete the profile and "opt-in or opt-out". No exceptions.
Graduation is Thurs., May 27th at 8:00PM at the ECHS Stadium

Need Your Transcript?
Click the link below to order your transcript.
Students may need transcripts for the following reasons.
- College Applications
- Scholarships
- Final Transcript for Admissions (In this case you will select "hold for final grades".) This can be done at any time.
Students need to use a PERSONAL EMAIL when setting up their Parchment account and save their password and email to be used for years to come.
💰 FAFSA is Open and Available for Fall of 2027-2028 💰
Anyone who is attending college or pursuing higher education is highly encouraged to complete FAFSA. Whether you make a little or a lot, colleges award scholarships to students who have completed their FAFSA. Oftentimes, colleges are not allowed to award scholarships to students who rightfully have earned them due to not completing FAFSA.
Apply for federal grants, work-study, and loans for your degree or certificate program with the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA®) form for each year you’re in school. Your school uses your FAFSA data to determine your federal aid eligibility. Many states and colleges use FAFSA data to award their own aid.
Scholarships
Do not miss out on an opportunity.
Letter of Recommendation
Do not wait until scholarships and college applications to ask teachers and counselors to write letters of recommendation. Get your resume together and be prepared.

You will need to create a new GMail account if you don't already have one (you will need parent permission if you are under 18). It is easier to complete this process with 2 devices since you will need to be logged into 2 different accounts at the same time.
