Principal Corner
Happy New Year to all!
This week has been very busy with all things Snocoming and just getting back into the swing of things after a longer break. The hallway decorations this year were excellent! The students really outdid themselves and were very creative with their themes. We end this week with a basketball game against Plainwell and, of course, the dance tomorrow evening.
Let’s show Plainwell our school spirit tonight! Good luck, Bulldogs!

Safe Schools Network
The Safe Schools Network of Allegan Area ESA is committed to raising awareness on important topics. This month, they are sharing important information on a serious form of technology-enabled abuse some schools are confronting. Before this becomes a situation in our local schools, we are sharing this letter with you from the Safe Schools Network of Allegan County to raise awareness of this issue, reinforce student conduct expectations, and explain the serious legal, disciplinary, and emotional consequences associated with this behavior. 2026-2027 Tech Center and Early College Program Requests
Current 10th and 11th graders -- You can use the form below to request entry into a Tech Center Program for the 26-27 School Year. The deadline to sign up is Friday, January 16th. Priority will be given to next year’s seniors first and to those who submitted the form by the deadline. We hope to let you know whether you got into the program of your choice during our 1-on-1 counselor meetings later this trimester.
Early College: We ask that 10th graders planning on applying to the Early College Program fill out the form and select it as their 1st program choice. This will help us keep track of who we need to follow up with.
Juniors - please note that you still need to sign up with this form even if you plan to continue in the program you're currently in.

Attendance Corner
Attendance Matters—Now More Than Ever
In high school, attendance is more than showing up—it’s a skill that prepares students for graduation, college, and the workplace. Each class period builds on the last, and frequent absences can make it difficult for students to stay on track academically and socially. If your student is experiencing challenges that are affecting attendance, we encourage you to reach out early. Working together, we can support consistent attendance and student success.
