The Life Skill of The Week is...
PATIENCE: To wait calmly for someone or something.”
Patience, a challenge for most of us, is the ability to tolerate waiting, delay, or frustration without becoming agitated or upset. Someone once said: patience is not always the ability to wait - but the ability to keep a good attitude while waiting! It takes time, dedication and effort to achieve; so even in this day and age, patience is a virtue.
