Millard teachers and staff believe in your child's potential. Our strategic plan calls for us to maximize our systems, educational programs, and instructional practices to ensure high levels of academic achievement and growth for all students. The Board received a report last night on professional learning activities across the district. During Tuesday's professional learning day, teachers reviewed data, collaborated as teams, and built plans to support students.

Millard also offers professional learning for guest teachers. One hundred and forty-eight substitute teachers joined in professional learning on Tuesday morning. Millard appreciates our strong team of substitute teachers who keep the district running smoothly.

The Board received the 2026 Summer Projects Plan. Millard is grateful to the community for supporting the 2025 bond that will provide funding to continue to address safety, security, and maintenance throughout the district. The Board reiterated that the bond work will not raise the district levy.

The team that ensures students and staff always have breakfast and lunch enjoyed a celebration of their own yesterday. We appreciate all they do across Millard's 35 schools.
