Heartfelt Thanks for a Great Night!

Dear Fine Arts Team, Talented Students, Wonderful PTO, Dedicated Staff Supporters, Evanston Community Partners, and Incredible Caregivers,

On behalf of the Nichols Community I want to extend our deepest gratitude for making our Fine Arts Night such a resounding success! It truly was an amazing evening, filled with a wonderful display of the remarkable talents within our school community. From the posters, to the book marks, the creativity stations, the art displays and the fabulous instrumental and vocal performances- you all ROCKED!

To our Fine Arts Team, and lead, Ms Nava, your dedication, passion, and tireless efforts in guiding and inspiring our students are truly invaluable. The time, energy, and expertise you invest in nurturing their artistic abilities were clearly evident in every performance and exhibition. Thank you for your unwavering commitment to the fine arts. Thank you Ms. Alger, Ms. Bowen, Mr. Carroll, and Mr. V.W!

To our incredibly talented students who are beyond amazing, you are the heart and soul of this event! Your hard work, creativity, and courage to share your gifts with us were truly inspiring. The dedication you poured into your music, singing, visual arts, and creative and out of the box free thinking was evident and made the night so special. We are immensely proud of each and every one of you.

We also want to express our sincere appreciation to our fantastic PTO. Your generous support, both in terms of resources and volunteer power, was instrumental in making the evening run so smoothly. Your partnership is invaluable to our school and our students.

To our dedicated staff supporters who volunteered their time and energy, your willingness to assist behind the scenes, ensuring everything was organized and running efficiently, did not go unnoticed. Your support is deeply appreciated. And to those staff members who came out this evening to support your students- just by being present- means so much!

The Evanston Community partners- we appreciate all that you do to support us behind the scenes. You are very much an integral part of the beautiful puzzle picture that is Nichols.

Finally, a huge thank you to our caregivers. You trust us with your most precious gift(s), your scholars! Thank you for letting us be a part of the lives of such remarkable children!

The fine arts play a vital role in a well-rounded education. They foster creativity, critical thinking, self-expression, and collaboration – skills that are essential for success in all areas of life. The effort and dedication put forth by our students and the guidance provided by our Fine Arts Team truly shone brightly on this night. It was a powerful reminder of the transformative power of the arts and the incredible talent within our school.

Thank you again to everyone who contributed their time, energy, and passion to make our Fine Arts Night such a memorable and inspiring night. We are so fortunate to have such a vibrant and supportive fine arts community!
