Reminder: EVCS Halloween Policy
With Halloween fast approaching, we wanted to remind our families of our Halloween policy here at EVCS:
No costumes or Halloween masks are permitted in school.
Classrooms may choose a "fall-themed" class celebration instead. Look out for communication from your child's teacher regarding any fall celebrations.
If you wish to send in a treat, please reach out to your child's teacher first. We have many students with food allergies and safety is our top priority. Healthy options are always a good choice.
Our Community Associations are hosting a Trunk or Treat event this Saturday, October 26, for the EVCS community.

Dismissal Reminders
A few reminders to help arrival and dismissal run more smoothly:
- Please remember to update School Dismissal Manager (SDM) with any dismissal changes.
- If your child is participating in a sport or after school activity, it is important to update SDM listing which activity they are participating in AND their dismissal plan after the activity/club has finished. This will allow dismissal to run more smoothly for all.
