Brief Message From the Principal

Dear Jayhawk Elementary Families,

As a friendly reminder, all student grades and report cards may be viewed through the PowerSchool Parent Portal. If any family needs assistance accessing their account or locating this information, our front office will be happy to help. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need support.

As we close another wonderful school year, we want to sincerely thank our JES families for your continued partnership, encouragement, and support. The success of our students is directly connected to the strong relationships we have built together between home and school. We are truly grateful for the trust you place in us each day and will continue to value that partnership moving forward.

From all of us at Jayhawk Elementary, we wish you and your family a safe, relaxing, and wonderful summer. We look forward to seeing everyone again soon!

Report Card Information for Families - REPEAT

All report cards will be available for parent access through PowerSchool beginning on Thursday, May 14th. Families may log in to their PowerSchool Parent Portal account to review their child’s end-of-year grades and progress information.

If your family indicated during the enrollment process that you would prefer to receive a printed hard copy of report cards, we will gladly accommodate that request and send those documents home with your child.

Final Grade Information:

To make sure you can easily access your child’s grades, here’s a quick step-by-step guide:
How to View Grades in PowerSchool:
1. Go to PowerSchool Parent Portal (click on link)
2. Log in using your parent username and password
  - If you need help with your login, please contact the school office.
3. Once logged in, select your child’s name at the top of the screen.
4. Click on the “Grades and Attendance” tab.
5. Final grades for each subject will be listed under Q4 or Final Grades.
