As we begin our much-anticipated spring break, I wish you all a wonderful time. This is a great opportunity to relax and enjoy this season with your loved ones. 🌸 When we return, let’s get ready to make the most of the rest of the school year! Please take a moment to remind your students that their cell phones should not be in their pockets. Cell phones should be stored in backpacks during the day. This is supported by our Up and Away for the day middle school policy. We are seeing an increase of students with phones and a friendly reminder is appreciated.

The deadline for students to meet the immunization requirement for mandatory immunizations for public school enrollment is August 15, 2025. If you have questions, please contact the school nurse, or visit the immunization requirements webpage. Thank you for your assistance.

Beginning the week of April 27, the library management system will send email notifications to parents and guardians each evening about the library materials checked out by students

We are excited to invite you to the annual PWCS Sports Fair! This fantastic event will take place from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, May 10, 2025, at the Kelly Leadership Center (14715 Bristow Road, Manassas, VA 20112).

If your students are interested in joining a sports team but don't know where to start, this is the perfect opportunity for you! The PWCS Sports Fair is free and open to all fifth grade, middle and high school students. Coaches and athletes will be available to provide information about the sports offered in PWCS and to answer any questions you may have.

In addition to valuable information, there will be a DJ, food trucks, giveaways, and lots of fun activities for everyone to enjoy. Translators will also be on site to assist.

We hope to see you there!

In the past, with the donations received we were able to host 3 days of Teacher Appreciation events during TAW! We are hopeful to raise the same amount this year to continue these celebrations!
