Thank you for investing time in your students, your band program, your school and community. Scholastic programs, at any age level, could not function without the support of the families behind the performers, and for that, a HUGE THANK YOU goes to you. To the Boosters, WELL DONE!!! Thank you for a great reception, great food and the opportunity for all of us to use the time to make connections and engage in some fellowship among the Hawk Band Family. You all constantly go above and beyond for the kids and none of it goes unnoticed.

TUESDAY - 4:45-6:30 FULL BAND AFTER SCHOOL

WEDNESDAY NO PRACTICE-GO HOME
THURSDAY - 4:45-6:30 FULL BAND AFTER SCHOOL and Senior night details

FRIDAY- GAME @ Hawk Stadium (vs. Tivy)

Dinner will be Genero's

• 4:00 Pep Rally
• 4:30 Run Through
• 5:00 Dinner Break
• 6:10 Roll Check/Line Up to march out
• 7:00 Pregame starts (possible pregame run of the show)
• After Run, load the watley with props and front ensemble equipment
• 7:30 Game Starts
• 8:15 Halftime with Dance Team and then Senior Night Presentation
• After halftime go to band hall, put instruments on the watley and go home
• 9:00 Parent Pick Up Time (We are leaving after halftime)

Seniors may go back to the stadium for senior walk if you want to.

SATURDAY, OCTOBER 31ST, 2026 (UPDATED TIMES)

• 4:30 am Band Hall Opens
• 5:10 ROLL CHECK
• 5:30 DEPART
• 6:45 AM ARRIVE AT PFIELD unload trailer
• 7:50 move to warm up
• 8:10 Warm Up
• 9:00 Perform
• 9:15 am Pack the Watley/Change Clothes (Starfall Shirt/Hawk Band Shorts)
• 11:00 Depart for Lunch (Golden Corral)
• 1:00 Return to Contest at PField and watch bands and get results
• 6:00 pm Results

IF WE DON'T MAKE FINALS

• 6:40pm Load Busses
• 8:00 Arrive at CLHS
• Clean Up Band Hall (We will unload the Watley on Monday)

IF WE MAKE FINALS...

• 7:45 Finals start
• 11:30 pm Awards/Placements
• 12:00 Load busses
• 1:30am ETA Back at CLHS
