New Mentorship Opportunities for Teachers this Fall Through the Teacher Apprenticeship Program (TAP)
The ASD Teacher Apprenticeship Program (TAP) is expanding this fall and seeking certificated teachers to serve as JourneyWorker Teachers. Two opportunities are available:
Elementary (K–3): Apply through Frontline as part of the regular staffing process when positions are posted.
Special Education (K–12): Apply April 9–20 via the TAP page on Inside ASD.

Technology
From Hoeldt
***Reminder*** fully shut down and restart your computer weekly.
Turn OFF the TV in your rooms daily! (Many TVs are being left on overnight this can reduce the life of the device, please help us keep them functional for as long as possible.)
As we near the end of the school year, please make sure your Chromebooks are being sent out for repairs. If you need help with this process, please reach out to me (Mrs. Hoeldt). Starting the year off with Chromebooks in working order helps make the BOY testing run more smoothly.
While it is 6 weeks out, I will need help from all teachers that have a cart. To preserve battery life and devices they will need to be put into long term storage mode (confluence article: https://confluence.asdk12.org/spaces/ITSD/pages/225575104/1+1+-+Chromebooks+-+Long+Term+Storage ) after you and your students are completely done with your cart.
The Elementary Portal is a great place to go if you have any questions about applications, curriculum, and many other wonderful resources: https://asdk12.instructure.com/courses/255911
