It is hard to believe that we are already one week into our Lenten journey. The beautiful weather and sunshine has been a great way to start. As we embark on this season of reflection, prayer, and self-discovery, we are excited to share with you the meaningful experiences and opportunities that our students had this first week.

Our dedicated educators have been integrating reflections and discussions into the classrooms. Our goal is to deepen the students understanding of Lent, focusing on the themes of prayer, fasting, and almsgiving. All of our students colored Alleluia signs that are put away during Lent and will displayed after Easter. This is one of my favorite traditions as we are able to visibly display that we are rejoicing that He has Risen. We were able to pray in our Faith Families and ended the week almsgiving to our St. Agnes friends raising $400 to support the victims from last week's tragedy. Thank you all for you support.

As we fast on this Friday, we encourage everyone to come together for our Lenten Dinners. This week the Altar Server Lenten Dinner is to help raise new albs for our altar servers. The flyer is listed below. We look forward to seeing everyone tonight.

Have a great weekend!

Shorts Shorts

With the unseasonably February temperatures this week, we have decided to allow shorts before spring break. If the high for the day is 55 degrees or higher, students are allowed to wear shorts starting on Monday, February 26th. It states in the handbook, that students are allowed to wear shorts after Spring Break, so this will help with the warmer temperatures.
