Tracking The Huskies

The AHSAA has announced a shift to a new 6-classification system, and that means some changes for Hewitt-Trussville Athletics.

Under this new system, classifications have essentially moved down one level:

• Former 7A → now 6A

• Former 6A → now 5A, and so on

As a result, Hewitt-Trussville is now classified as a 6A school.

In addition, we will compete in Region 3 for the following sports:
🏈 Football
🏴 Flag Football
🏃 Cross Country

While the number may be different, the expectations, competition, and Husky pride remain the same. We’re excited for this new chapter and can’t wait to see our teams compete in Region 3! 🐾
