Westmoor Weekly 02/06/26
February 6, 2026
A Note from Principal Eck
Dear Westmoor Families,
It was a wonderful week at Westmoor! On Wednesday, we celebrated the 100th day of school and enjoyed a spirited Winter Olympics theme week filled with fun activities and school pride. We were also excited to welcome Meadowbrook Principal Dr. Hiltz as a special guest reader in honor of World Read Aloud Day. Students in YE through 5th grade loved the engaging stories—and the visit from Krieger, Meadowbrook’s friendly Facility Dog, made the day even more memorable!
We look forward to seeing all of our families at conferences next week. As a reminder, there will be an early dismissal on Thursday at noon and no school on Friday.
Thank you for your continued partnership and support!

We’re excited to showcase the special moments and achievements of our students and their families. Whether it’s a holiday, cultural tradition, a child’s milestone like riding a bike without training wheels, a big win at a soccer game, welcoming a new pet, or anything else that makes you proud — we’d love to feature it!
