Attendance Spotlight
Attending school on a regular and consistent basis has been proven to increase student achievement and well-being. Attendance will continue to be a focal point for our school year.
October Winners - 6th Grade
6th Graders received a Halloween treat during lunch on Oct. 30.
The final standings were:
6th Grade = 95.59%
7th Grade = 94.89%
8th Grade = 94.69%
Even though 6th grade won for the second month in a row, 7th and 8th grades increased their attendance percentage by over 0.5%, which is significant!!!
At the end of October, our attendance percent is at 95.48% and our goal is to remain over 95% for the entire year!
November Challenge
Our November challenge will be a bit different - there will be several random days throughout the month and the grade with the best percentage on that day will get extra rec time after lunch shifts conclude.
You never know which days it will be, so strive to be here every day!
