🚒🚒 Fire Prevention Day 🚒🚒

Fire fighters from the China Fire Departments will be visiting CPS classrooms. This year's theme is "Charging into Fire Safety: Lithium-Ion Batteries in Your Home."

You can place your order on mylifetouch.com using your Picture Day ID: EVTTQV6FJ. Order before midnight on Picture Day to get FREE shipping!
Your child can also bring their completed flyer with cash or check on Picture Day. Orders after Picture Day must be placed online only on mylifetouch.com .

Our first making a difference award winner for the school year is Mrs. Russell!

For inspiring young minds, shaping hearts, and making a lasting impact—both in first grade and now in second. Your dedication, warmth, and unwavering belief in every child’s potential continue to shine. Thank you for being the positive voice in so many of our students' days.

Please direct any email regarding student absences and/or student dismissals to your child's teacher AND to our CPS office staff, Mae Slevinsky (mslevinsky@rsu18.org) and Bobbie Weymouth (bweymouth@rsu18.org).

Please be sure to communicate any changes for end of day dismissal plans prior to 2:00pm so students can be sure to receive their notes.

Welcome back! Please make sure to send in your health history forms and any other health related forms ASAP so that we have all the information needed to take the best care of our students. As a reminder, please DO NOT send any medications including inhalers and epipens in with your child. ALL medications must be brought to school by an adult and handed off to the nurse (or appropriate staff if the nurse is unavailable).

Flu shot clinic will be held on October 2nd here at CPS. Please make sure your child wears a short sleeve shirt if they will be getting a flu shot. Only students who have returned signed permission forms will be receiving a flu shot.

Just a friendly reminder to please send students in sneakers on their Phys Ed days. Proper footwear helps keep everyone safe and ready to participate in all activities!
