Waters Families,

The Choir Spring Showcase will be on Monday, May 11 @4:00 PM. Come check out a wonderful performance from our Wildcat singers.

EcoArt Fest and the Wildcat Bash are combined this year. Join us on Friday, May 15 at 3:10 for student art exhibitions, pizza from the oven and much more! This is also a great event to invite families on your block who have students starting at Waters in the fall.

Students learned about a non-profit in Jersey City that brings food security to an underserved neighborhood. They also painted rocks to help beautify the beds.

We are excited to announce that we will be hosting our annual Career Week during the week of May 18th, and we are looking for passionate individuals to share their career journeys with our students!

Career Day is a wonderful opportunity for students to gain insight into various professions, understand the day-to-day realities of their careers, and learn about the education and skills required to succeed in the modern workforce.

Students are especially interested to hear from:

• Healthcare Professionals
• Veterinarians
• Chefs/Bakers
• Firefighters
• Musicians/Artists
• Animators/Game Designers
• Athletes
• Fashion Designers
• And, you guessed it, YouTubers/Influencers.

Careers do not need to be limited to these professions but will be of special interest to many students.

Event Details:

• Dates: Week of May 18th

• Format: In-person presentations (approx. 20-30 minutes each)

• Goal: To expose students to a diverse range of career paths and possibilities.

Description: This year, we're going big! We're combining our beloved Wildcat Bash with the EcoArt Fest for one amazing end-of-year celebration. Come enjoy balloon artists, pizza, popsicles, arts and crafts, garden activities, games, and so much more - all in one incredible afternoon together. It's the perfect send-off for a wonderful school year. We can't wait to celebrate with you!
