Happy Sunday!
We had such a great first full-week this week. Students were busy learning the routines of their classrooms and showing their teachers what they know during iReady Testing.
We are looking forward to seeing everyone at Open House on Tuesday night from 6:00-8:00pm. We will start in the Cafegymatorium, so Mr. Jeffers and I can have the opportunity to meet and talk with you. Then you will have the opportunity to spend a few minutes with your children's teachers while they explain how they run their classrooms. Reminder: this is not a time to talk about your child specifically. This is a general meeting. If you have any questions or comments specific to your child, please either email your child's teacher or send in a note. Due to activities at the field, please try to walk or carpool to the open house. Parking can be difficult when the fields are being used.
We are also asking that this be an adult-only evening if it is possible for your family. We love seeing the children, but due to the lack of space in the gym, as well as the limited time we have to talk with families, we would appreciate if students and siblings could stay home so parents and caregivers can have our undivided attention.
