Livermore High School | Bi-Weekly Newsletter
Dear Cowboy Families,
Homecoming Week is here, and we are thrilled to celebrate with our students! Throughout the week, we’ll enjoy themed dress-up days, spirited class skits at lunch, and a whole lot of Cowboy pride leading up to the big football game on Friday night. We’ll wrap up the festivities with the Homecoming Dance on Saturday, September 20, from 7:00–10:00 p.m. in the LHS Gym. Students must bring their school ID for entry. If you’d like to capture memories of the dance, professional photos may be ordered through the photographer’s site at ciphotoca.com/livermore.

PBIS Recognition
Livermore High School has earned Gold recognition for the second consecutive year and will be recognized at the state PBIS conference next month. In October our PBIS focus will be Anti-Bullying Awareness, supporting a culture of kindness and respect on campus. Staff will also participate in training on the Foundations of Trauma-Informed Practices to enhance our supportive learning environment.
Visual and Performing Arts
Our talented students will once again share their work at the Livermore Artwalk on October 11th. Artwork from across the district will be displayed at the Bankhead Theatre, showcasing the creativity of our young artists.
ACCESS Program
We continue refining Thursday ACCESS time to better serve student learning. Last week we introduced a teacher-initiated model, allowing teachers to request students for targeted help or intervention. Over the coming weeks, we’ll transition to a student-initiated FLEX model, giving students greater ownership in choosing sessions that meet their academic needs.
