Principal's Message

Dear Parents and Guardians,

I hope this message finds you and your families in high spirits after the Thanksgiving Break! I trust that the past week provided you with an opportunity to create cherished memories with your loved ones and enjoy a well-deserved break. As we embark on the week ahead, I wanted to share some important information and reminders with you.

1. Gratitude and Reflection: Thanksgiving is a time for gratitude and reflection, and I encourage you to continue fostering these values with your children. Take a few moments to discuss what your family is thankful for and encourage your child to share their thoughts and experiences from the break. These conversations can help reinforce the importance of gratitude and nurture a positive mindset.

2. Reestablishing Routines: Returning to school after a break can be an adjustment for students. Help your child ease back into the school routine by ensuring they get enough rest, maintaining consistent bedtimes, and preparing for the day ahead. A structured morning and evening routine can greatly contribute to their overall well-being and academic success.

3. Open Communication: As always, open communication between home and school is vital. If you have any questions, concerns, or important updates regarding your child's well-being or academic progress, please don't hesitate to reach out to your child's teacher or the school office. We are here to support you and your child in every way we can.

4. Supporting Learning at Home: Your involvement in your child's education is crucial. Encourage a love for learning by providing a quiet and organized study space at home, establishing regular homework and reading routines, and engaging in conversations about their school day. By showing an interest in their education, you will inspire and motivate them to excel.

5. Upcoming Events: As the holiday season approaches, we have some exciting events planned for our community. Please keep an eye out for announcements and invitations to participate in various activities, such as winter concerts, holiday-themed projects, and community service initiatives. We look forward to celebrating the joy of the season together.

Lastly, I want to express my heartfelt appreciation for your ongoing support and partnership. Your trust in our faculty and staff is invaluable to us as we strive to provide the best possible education for your child. Together, we can create a nurturing, engaging, and inclusive environment that fosters their growth and success.

Thank you for entrusting us with your child's education. Wishing you a wonderful week ahead!

Warmest regards,

Will Zwingmann, Ed.S.
