If you missed band registration, you will receive an email from me with instructions to complete registration remotely. Please do this as soon as possible.

Here is the link to the Dallas Trip Interest form. The form will close June 6 at 11:59PM. If you are interested in attending the Dallas trip or chaperoning the trip, please indicate so on the form. This is to get an estimated head count before finalizing trip details.

Here is the form that is required to be used for the pre-participation physical for marching band. A physical is required every year and must be completed after May 1, 2025 to be used for the 2025-2026 school year. Physicals are due by July 28th, 2025.

Here is the 2025 Region Jazz Music. Auditions will be September 20th.

• May 27-29, May Camp, 9 am - 4 pm, DHS

• May 31, Band Registration, 9 am - 4 pm, DHS

• July 15-16, Student Leadership Team Camp, 9 am - 4 pm, DHS

• July 17-18, Drum Major Camp, 9 am - 4 pm, DHS

• July 21-23, Band Camp - Winds, Percussion, and Guard, times TBA, DHS
  

• July 28th, Summer Band begins for all (Winds, Percussion, and Guard), 8 am - 3:30 pm, DHS

2025 Marching Band Contest Dates (required)

Please mark your calendars for the following dates. Please plan for the contest to take the whole day.

• Dripping Springs Drumline Contest (percussionists only): Saturday, September 13th, 2025
• US Bands Davenport: Saturday, October 4th, 2025
• Comal Classic: Saturday, October 11th, 2025
• UIL Region 12 Marching Contest: Saturday, October 18th, 2025
• UIL Area E Marching Contest: Saturday, October 25th, 2025
• UIL State Marching Band Contest (4A): Wednesday, November 5th, 2025

Parents and students, please take a moment to join the appropriate groups by texting the code including the @ to 81010. You do not need to re-join if you were in the correct group this year.
