Hello Woods Lake Families,

As we approach the last week before our holiday break, I want to take a moment to acknowledge the mixed emotions that this season can bring. While the holidays can be a time of joy and celebration, they may also evoke feelings of sadness as we think of loved ones who are not with us.

I encourage you to take this time to rest, reflect, and cherish the moments spent with family and friends. Enjoy the break, and I look forward to welcoming everyone back refreshed and ready for the next adventures ahead!

To maximize student learning time, please ensure your child arrives at school on time each day at 8:44 am. If you need to pick up your child before dismissal for an emergency or an appointment, kindly contact the main office and ensure they are picked up no later than 3:00 PM.

There will not be a PTO meeting held in December. We will resume meetings in January. Thank you

2. Monday, December 16th Kids In Tune Winter Concert @ Loy Norrix at 5:30 pm

3. Wednesday, December 18th MTSS No Behavior Referral Celebration.

4. Winter Dance Concert on Thursday, December 19th at 3:00 pm for parents.

5. Winter Break-December 23rd through January 3rd. School resumes on Monday, January 6, 2025.

6. If you need assistance with winter gear for your children then please contact Dana Flynn with Communities In Schools at 269-337-0790.

7. Please complete the Education Benefit Forms so your child can continue to receive free breakfast and free lunch. Please access the form at the bottom of the newsletter.

1. We can't make same day bus changes.

2. If you have to make a transportation change then contact the Main Office.

3. Once the change has been made then you will be contacted.

4. Your student(s) will have to ride their assigned bus until the change has been made or you will have to transport your student(s) to and from school until the change is made.

5. Please contact the Main Office no later than 3:00 pm if you have a dismissal plan change.
