Back to School Nights
All the schools had their Back to School events this week.
The high school’s GrizzFest included a visit by the MSD Nutrition Bus and served families nearly 2,000 free pulled-pork barbecue dinners. Nutrition Services prepared the food, and MHS’s ProStart culinary students served and assisted with the meals.
See the MSD Facebook page for more photos.
Share your voice and vision!
As we plan for improvement in the months and years ahead, the voices of our community, including families, students, staff, and citizens, are important to us.
We invite you to take a few minutes to share your thoughts and opinions about what is working and what could be improved as we dream about the future together.
If you prefer to give the survey over the phone, please call the Family Resource Center at 503.565.4225.
Looking for Substitute Teachers!
If you like working with kids, but don’t have a teaching license, you can still substitute. There are non-teaching positions available as well, including educational assistants, custodians and secretaries.
Teaching subs (including current ones) can earn a bonus!
Note: if you tried the QR code from a flyer at Back to School night, the form has been fixed. Please try again!
