Nationwide Mobile Unit at Centennial on Monday, November 2nd
All students who want to participate in Winter Sports need to have a current physical. The Nationwide Mobile Unit will be at Centennial on Monday, November 2nd for physicals. Please fill out the form below and email Nurse Colombo at mcolombo@columbus.k12.oh.us to schedule a visit.
Parent teacher conferences are Wednesday, November 4th. This is a good time to meet teachers, check Quarter 1 final grades and make a plan for Quarter 2. Grades, missing assignments, attendance and announcements can be found in the Parent Portal. The Second Quarter is important because first semester grades (given in January) determine whether students pass the class and can move on to the next grade level.
See the document for more information about each teacher's conference.
Please email your student's teacher if you have any questions.
Do you have questions about the changes in the grading and attendance policies? Do you want to know more about the new graduation requirements? The principals will be available to explain new policies and answer questions. Stop in for a quick donut and coffee or stay to meet other parents and get to know Ms. Porta, Mr. Clausen and Ms. Gaver.
Centennial Theater Presents ~ Almost, Maine on November 12, 13, 14 & 15
Almost, Maine by John Cariani is a romantic comedy-drama made up of a series of interconnected vignettes set in the small, fictional town of Almost, Maine, on a cold winter night beneath the northern lights. As the evening unfolds, different couples and individuals experience the joys, challenges, surprises, and heartbreaks of love. Through moments that blend realism with a touch of magical whimsy, characters fall in and out of love, reconnect with lost partners, reveal long-held feelings, and discover truths about themselves and their relationships. Together, the scenes create a heartfelt exploration of human connection, vulnerability, and the many ways people find, lose, and rediscover love.
