Title 1 Parent Meeting
Important Arrival/Dismissal Time Reminders for Elementary and Middle School
AM Carline Reminder:
We have a lot of families dropping off in the morning, please pull all the way up in the carline. Staff members are available throughout the entire line to assist students safely and efficiently. Please make sure your child is ready to exit the vehicle upon arrival. If they are not ready, we will ask you to pull all the way up to the start of the carline.
We also ask that you do not park and walk into the school unless you are volunteering for service hours or attending a parent meeting. Please do not back into the carline, as this slows down traffic.
Our goal is to get as many cars through as smoothly, safely, and orderly as possible. Thank you for your cooperation!
PM Carline Reminder:
For the safety of everyone involved and to prevent traffic congestion that can lead to accidents, we kindly request that you do not park your vehicles on Military Trail or Miner Road during dismissal times.
We understand that waiting can sometimes be inconvenient, but we encourage you to plan your arrival between 2:20 PM and 2:35 PM for elementary students and 3:20-3:35 for middle school students. This will not only reduce your wait time but also contribute to a safer and more organized dismissal process. Please pull all the way up when in carline. This will help the wait time for all families in carline.
Please be aware that the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office (PBSO) has informed us that they will be issuing fines to individuals who park on Military Trail and Miner Road. We want to avoid any unnecessary fines and, more importantly, prioritize the safety of our school community.
Your cooperation in following these parking guidelines is greatly appreciated, as it ensures the well-being of all our students and families. Together, we can create a safer and more efficient dismissal experience.

IB Learner Profiles- Character Education
Learner Profile Spotlight: Courageous
This month, weâre focusing on being Courageous. Students are learning that being courageous doesnât just mean being brave in big momentsâit also means trying new things, standing up for whatâs right, and sharing ideas even when it feels a little scary. Ask your child how they showed courage at school this week!
Welcome to the IB PYP!
We are excited to begin another year in the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (IB PYP). The PYP is all about helping students become lifelong learners who are curious, caring, and globally minded. Instead of just memorizing facts, students are encouraged to ask questions, think deeply, and make real-world connections.
Current Units of Inquiry
A Unit of Inquiry is how students in the IB PYP explore big ideas. Instead of learning subjects separately, students investigate a theme that connects subjects like reading, science, social studies, and art. They ask questions, research, and create projects to make real-world connections. Each unit helps children become curious thinkers, problem-solvers, and lifelong learners.
Did You Know?
- The IB PYP is taught in over 100 countries around the world.
- Students are encouraged to take actionâwhether big or smallâbased on what they learn.
- The goal of the PYP is to develop not only strong academics but also strong character.
Inquiry at Home Challenge
This Monthâs Question:
âIf you could change one thing in the world to make life better for others, what would it be?â
Talk about this as a family and share your childâs ideas with usâweâd love to celebrate their thinking!
đŹ Quote of the Month
"I was courageous when I tried something new, even though I wasnât sure Iâd be good at it." â A PYP 3 Student
