Novi VirtualNewsSeptember 10, 2021

Hello Wildcat Families,

We had a wonderful first week at Novi Virtual. I have been delighted to see and hear about the amazing things that have been happening in our virtual classrooms. Teachers and students have begun building relationships that are crucial in helping students learn and grow. Our students showed flexibility and perseverance while our district wide shift to PowerSchool impacted their digital logins. We are grateful for students’ grace as our district made this transition.

Please review the following important updates below. If you need additional assistance you may reach out to Jackie Boboige at jacqueline.boboige@novik12.org.

Sincerely,

Principal Pohlonski

Missed Materials Pick up

We loved seeing so many of our Wildcats at the September 2 materials pick up. Families who were not able to pick up their materials at that time can come to the Novi Virtual Office in the ROAR Center, at 41500 Gardenbrook. Due to supply chain issues, K-5 Everyday Math Journals are not available yet. Once they are available, we will reach out to families about an additional materials pick up.

Families who have additional questions about materials pick up can reach out to Jacqueline Boboige at jacqueline.boboige@novik12.org. The district has also provided a suggested school supply list for next year here. These materials are not required but might be helpful for students to use while learning from home.

Student Passwords

Our technology department has worked hard to ensure that students that are new to Novi, including Kindergarteners, now have emails and passwords.

Novi Virtual students needing to know their password can email Jackie Boboige at jacqueline.boboige@novik12.org.
