"Eagle Nation" 2025-26
Welcome to the "Nest"!
From the Principal's Desk
We had a wonderful week at the Branch this week. Thank you to everyone for participating in Attendance Awareness Spirit Week and showing your Eagle Pride!! I encourage everyone to continue to strive to be at school on time every day.
Students are expected to bring their laptops to school every day FULLY charged. Parents we are kindly asking that you assist us in making sure that students are meeting this expectation.
Parents we kindly ask that you remind students to be on time for class, pay attention, and be actively engaged in their learning so that they will be prepared for upcoming testing throughout the school year.
Rise up, Eagle Nation, and meet the expectation!

Students we kindly ask that you let your teacher(s) know when you plan to stay for office hours so that he/she can have any materials prepared for you.
Focused on Teaching & Learning
MIDDLE SCHOOL: 7th Grade ELA
This week in Mrs. Jackson's 7th ELA class students are in the beginning stages of writing argumentative essays. During this lesson students were engaged in analyzing an article. Students focused on the organization of the article and located the claim and counterargument presented in the text. The students in this class, have all selected their own topics and will be writing their own argumentative essays. Way to go Eagles for showing up focused and engaged in the writing process! We look forward to reading your argumentative essays soon!!
HIGH SCHOOL: US History
This week in Mrs. Garth's class, students completed Standard I: Foundations of American Republicanism of the USHC End of Course Standards to prepare for the End of Course (EOC) exam.
Students worked in groups to complete and present their class project. We are so proud of the efforts and focus Mrs. Garth's students are putting into preparing for their End of Course exam. We know that you will all "Rock the Test"!!
Career and Technical Education: JROTC
We've been so impressed with Master Robinson's JROTC class and all their hard work on the CATE hall. It's a special experience to see and hear their daily routine.
The students' formation before class is a sight to behold. Their discipline and precision are a testament to Master Sargent Robinson's excellent leadership. Each day, they line up with military bearing, showing a clear sense of order and teamwork.
Hearing the JROTC creed recited each time is truly something special. It's more than just words; you can see the students internalizing the principles they're learning.
Master Sargent Robinson's classes are remarkably organized, and it's clear she's doing a fantastic job of teaching core Army values. She ensures they are put into practice every day. The values of honesty, loyalty, duty, respect, selfless service, honor, integrity, and personal courage are not only taught but are also reflected in the students' actions and attitude. This foundational understanding translates into their success both in and out of the classroom.
We're so proud of the dedication and hard work shown by everyone in Master Sargent Robinson's JROTC class. Keep up the great work! π

Attendance Awareness Month - Spirit Week
This week our students and teachers participated in celebrating the importance of showing up each day, on time, and ready to learn. We know that every day counts and that missing just a few days can add up to weeks of lost learning.
On Monday, we showed our motivation to attend school by wearing our favorite sports team shirt or colors. On Tuesday, we switched it up to achieve good school attendance by having students dress like teachers and teachers dress like students. On Wednesday, we showed that great attendance is "tied" to great learning by wearing mismatched tie-dye outfits. On Thursday, we teamed up to achieve good attendance by dressing like a friend(s). On Friday, we wore our school gear to show how awesome it is to be here at Eagle Nation! Thank you to all the students and staff for participating in celebrating the importance of school attendance!
Parents thank you for all you do to ensure that our students are at school and on time each day. Let's continue to work together to make sure our students are in school, on time, and ready to succeed!
