Parent/Teacher Conferences
Dear Families,
We strongly value our partnership with you and want to ensure we meet with as many parents and guardians as possible during our upcoming Parent-Teacher Conferences on November 3rd. To best serve our students and families, our schedule for the day will be structured as follows:
11:30 AM – 2:00 PM | Targeted Scheduled Conferences:
During this time, teachers will conduct scheduled conferences for students who require focused support regarding academic progress, attendance, or behavior concerns. If your student is selected for a dedicated time slot, their teacher(s) will reach out to you directly to arrange a meeting.
2:30 PM – 7:00 PM | Open Drop-In Conferences:
We invite all families to join us during these open hours to meet with teachers, discuss student growth, and ask any questions. No prior appointment is necessary for this session.
We are eager to connect with you and celebrate your child’s growth while working together toward their continued success. We look forward to seeing as many of our families as possible!
