Alpacas!

The Animal Science program is excited to welcome alpacas, Addy and Mickey, to our barn for the year! Thank you to Nodrog Farm in Barrington for partnering with us and letting us lease these beautiful ladies.

We have new sheep, goats and a pig too! The barn stalls are slowly being filled with wonderful new animals for our students to learn from and care for. This is in anticipation of running the Dover FFA Mini Barn at the Deerfield fair!

Dover FFA - National Competition

The Dover FFA Chapter is proud to celebrate our chapter secretary, Jenavee Johnson, for representing NH in the first round of the Prepared Public Speaking LDE for this year's National FFA Convention. Her topic "Supporting our Military Dogs" is very personal to her and we are proud to see her be able to share this passion at the national level. Good luck Jenavee!

F-22 Raptor Demo Team Visits!

The crew of the U.S. Air Force F-22 Raptor Demo Team are in town for the 2021 Thunder Over New Hampshire Air Show this weekend and stopped in to visit our NJROTC program on Thursday, September 9th. Students were able to engage with the crew and learn about the Demo team & the Air Force. They also brought some of their Aircrew Flight Equipment to showcase to the class. This was a great experience for students to meet these amazing pilots, hear about their stories and experiences, and also ask any questions.

Culinary Arts Marshmallow Challenge!

This was a great ice breaker for students to learn to communicate and work together in the kitchen. They were smiling and laughing behind those masks!
