Lincoln Hall girls' volleyball teams will take on the Lincoln Spartans at the first RED OUT game of the year on Oct. 10. The varsity team will play at 4:15 p.m. and the JV team will play at 5:15 p.m. in the Lincoln Hall gym.

As is tradition for RED OUT games, we encourage all attendees to wear the color red to show Jaguar pride and cheer on our student-athletes. To support this endeavor, we have added RED OUT-themed merch to our spirit wear store for those interested.

This merch is only available now through Friday, Oct. 3. All purchases will be delivered free of charge to the District and distributed to students before the RED OUT game on Oct. 10. Please note: There is no obligation to buy and all SD74 students and families are invited to attend RED OUT games.

**Important** Follow these instructions at checkout to ensure your purchase is included in the bulk delivery and is distributed accurately.

1. In the ‘Company’ field, please put your student’s name. If you have multiple children, put the name of your oldest child.
2. Choose ‘In-Store Pickup in Chicago’ as your Shipping Method. You will be asked to confirm this choice twice.

Families can expect to receive fall MAP scores via email by the end of the week.

To indicate your interest in volunteering for a Halloween party, complete this form, which will close on Tuesday, Oct. 14 at midnight.

As a reminder, the District plans three classroom parties every year to celebrate Halloween, Winter Break, and Valentine's Day at Todd Hall and Rutledge Hall. Sign-up periods for each party will be as follows:

• Halloween - Sept. 23 at 7 p.m. through Oct. 14 at 11:59 p.m.
• Winter Break - Nov. 11 at 7 p.m. through Dec. 2 at 11:59 p.m.
• Valentine’s Day - Jan. 13 at 7 p.m. through Feb. 3 at 11:59 p.m.

At the end of each sign-up period, the District will create a schedule of coverage for every classroom at both schools, ensuring that those who express interest are assigned to at least one party during the year.

Depending on their grade, students may have required medical forms due for the new school year. Per state law, students not in compliance by October 15, 2025 will be unable to attend classes until required health forms are submitted. If you have any questions, please contact your respective building school nurse.
