Josten's Renaissance Update
Renaissance is a framework that helps to foster a learning environment where students thrive and teachers love coming to school. It is all about focusing on the positives and acknowledging when students and staff are doing the "right" thing.
For students, we use the metrics of attendance, grades, and discipline. Students can earn a RenCard for meeting our school-wide expectations. This week, we surprised students Hot Cocoa and Peppermint Sticks. Students who earned a Blue RenCard were treated to a warm cup of hot chocolate and a peppermint stick for dipping as a thank-you for serving as exemplary students.
