Join us in Smoky Mountains, TN!

• 6 pm - 8 pm: FREE Meet up the staff hotel - Courtyard by Marriott Pigeon Forge 120 Community Center Dr (12/10 - Free Meet Up)

• 10 am: Dollywood exploration + lunch (12/11 - Dollywood Exploration + Lunch). Passholders please join us. Choose the option for passholder in the registration link.

• 10 am - 12 pm: Cade's Cove National Park Visitor Center exploration - weather permitting - $5 parking tag for 1 day pass at the park (12/12 - Free Meet up & exploration)

• Add-ons are not required but strongly encouraged. You can come to just one or all based on which additions you purchase.
• Can't make it for the main field trip day, but want to come to an add-on opportunity? You totally can do that!
• A parent/guardian is required to attend any field trip/add-on with a student.
• Travel and lodging accommodations are both the responsibility and at the discretion of each individual family.
• Please see above for details on included meals. Any meals/transportation not mentioned are at the discretion of each family.
• Please note that this family field trip is subject to a minimum number of participants. Laurel Springs reserves the right to cancel the trip if the minimum participation threshold is not met. In the event of cancellation, any payments made will be refunded in accordance with Laurel Springs procedure.
• Please note, activities are subject to change based on ticket availability, all activities and logistics will be finalized no later than 2 week prior to the event.

Each student will travel with at least one parent/guardian, ensuring a safe and enriching experience. Every trip includes a day full of surprises, with exciting "add-on" adventures throughout the year.
