Summer Performance Course for Middle School & High School Athletes

Performance Course (PC) is an opportunity for summer strength and conditioning courses that will be taking place at Van Alstyne High School this summer. This program was developed by PC in partnership with Van Alstyne ISD Athletics to offer athletes the opportunity to develop both physically and mentally.

PC takes a goal-oriented approach to develop speed, agility, mobility, functional strength and power.
