Acacia Elementary School

August 9, 2026

Dear Acacia Families,

We are so excited to welcome our Acacia Pandas back to campus for the first week of the 2026–2027 school year!

This year, our theme is “Rooted in Kindness, Reaching for Excellence,” a reflection of what we value most at Acacia: creating a community where every student feels known, supported, and encouraged to grow and achieve.

As we head into our first week together, we know there will be lots of excitement, new routines, and maybe a few first-day nerves. Thank you in advance for your patience and partnership as everyone settles in. We can’t wait to see our students on Monday and begin another amazing year together! 🐼💚

Warmly,

Rachel McCormick

Principal

Lunch Menu

Lunch and breakfast will continue to be free for all students daily. We will still do a lunch count daily so please discuss with your student the importance to take correct lunch count. Some students bring a lunch to school and then by lunchtime, get a school lunch. This results in some lunch shortages. Please review with students the importance of this count. TY!

Back to School Night

Our teachers are looking forward to sharing their classrooms during Back to School Night, which is scheduled for Thursday, August 13, 2026. Session 1 will begin at 5:30, and Session 2 will begin at 6:30. There will be a PTA meeting on the blacktop at 6:10 between the two sessions. All teachers will be presenting at both sessions.
