I hope this newsletter finds you and your families well. Please take a moment to read all the information below. Some of the information may be repetitive. ACCESS:

The WIDA ACCESS is a mandated assessment for all ESOL students to measure social and academic proficiency in English. A letter was sent home on Thursday, January 4, that provided information about this assessment. The testing window opens on January 10 and closes in March .

• Early Pick-Up Please limit early pick-up of children to emergencies and appointments.
• If a child is out for any portion of the school day, the missed time is recorded as a tardy. A note sent in the morning will help us to have your child ready.
• Unless it's an emergency, no student will be released between 2:45 and 3:15.
• Parents will be asked to wait for the dismissal bell. Come to the office to check out a student.
• Please be prepared to present photo identification upon request.
• Any adult (1 8 years or older) must be registered in the ASPEN portal. Enrolling parent / legal guardian may add or remove an individual.

• February 14th in the morning
• Various biscuits, fruit platter, juice, coffee
