Power Notes
May 12th-23rd, 2025
Vision: At Colonel Richardson Middle School (CRMS) we create a safe, supportive environment where students achieve academic success, develop life skills, and build confidence for the future!
We Love the Excitement!
Dear CRMS Families,
As we approach the final stretch of the school year, we’re thrilled about the many activities, celebrations, and field trips planned for our students! From class-specific events to our schoolwide trip to Washington, D.C., this is a great time to recognize student effort and build lasting middle school memories.
We’ve been excited to see so many parents and guardians express interest in getting involved—your enthusiasm and support mean so much to our school community!
If you’ve volunteered to be a chaperone, please know that the process for selecting and confirming chaperones includes multiple steps, including a required background check through the Maryland Judiciary Case Search system. With the high volume of interest, we’re working as quickly as we can to complete this process and will notify selected chaperones as soon as confirmations are finalized.
Thank you for your continued support as we make this a safe, fun, and memorable end to the school year!
Take Care. Be Well.
Dr. Yolanda Holloway
