Welcoming Our Newest Alumni!

Welcome new grads

It's the most wonderful time of the year! The time when we welcome new alumni from each of the five Parkway high schools, Central, West, North, South and Fern Ridge.

The Class of 2022 is joining a network of over 80,000 alumni just like you! It's time to encourage them to get involved in one of our programs whether that be Granting Dreams, Light of Parkway, the golf tournament or many others!

If you know a grad, be sure to make a connection and let them know the opportunities that lie ahead for them as Parkway alumni.

Congratulations, Graduates!

Welcome to Epcot!

Band, orchestra, and choir students were taken backstage at Epcot in Orlando Florida to work with Disney conductors to produce a clip for one of Disney's major motion pictures with students performing the music.

South High students recorded I See The Light from Tangled. In 45 minutes, students received the music for the first time, rehearsed and recorded a final version, much like it is done in a professional studio. Additionally, the conductor taught our students some practice techniques to learn and perfect music faster.

"Disney has a kind of magic to it, and to be a part of that magic is a feeling you won't soon forget," Lisa Kinworthy, South High Band Director said.
